"I dropped by Marlins today to check out their pricing and services. The reviews were spot on, Ken who services customers incoming was genuinely friendly, unscripted and happy to answer my questions. During our conversation, Derrick, Service Manager, got engaged in our chat and was extremely helpful with his knowledge and thoroughly explained the importance of general maintenance along with pricing the services I potentially need to get my pool back to par or functioning at its peak performance. "Jerry just saved me a lot of $ and a headache fixing a leak on a new pentair filter. Pentair doesn't provide a part # for a rubber o ring that was the cause and instead requires you to buy a kit. Jerry new exactly what the cause was and new what part I needed. I trust my car mechanic and now Marlin pools to shoot me straight when it comes to maintenance."
